Reader produces a range of special grouts:-
High strength grouts for structural grouting and strata reinforcement
Gel modified grouts which are a range of thixotropic, shrink compensated grouts designed for use where early stiffening characteristics are required to control the flow of grout. Typical uses: tunnel and shaft grouting pipelines, ground stabilisation, annulus grouting and grouting in mild water conditions.
Accelerated Grouts designed for use where the initial set of the grout needs to be controlled or where a higher than normal early strength is required. Typical uses: shaft grouting and annulus grouting.
Grouts for wet conditions which are a range of polymer modified grout designed for use where the initial set for the grout need to be controlled or where a higher than normal early strength is required. Typical uses: sea defence works, marine environment, tunnelling and shaft grouting, ground stabilisation and annulus grouting.
Waterproof Grouts, these are designed for use where reduced impermeability of the hardened grout is required. Typical uses are annulus grouting and strata grouting.
High flow Grouts are a range of super plasticised grouts designed for use where a high flow rate is required. Typical uses long distance pumping, void penetration and ground stabilisation.
Expanding Grouts are a range of expansion controlled grouts designed to overcome shrinkage or produce a high bond. Typical uses: non-strink grouting and duct grouting.
