This manual tip dresser is intended exclusively for manual welding gun applications. It can be easily transported and used on different welding gun stations. Dressing is done on two faces when the welding gun is closed.
Electrodes
Dressing the electrodes maintains good welding quality, allows the electrodes to be changed less frequently and improves productivity. It also avoids an increase in the diameter of the active face, an increase in the resistivity of the electrode and their pollution. It reduces the risk of poor weld point quality, ensures welding without increasing the welding current, use of the same electrodes everywhere on the production line and machining of electrode shape directly on the tip dresser.
