Configurator is a free of charge and valuable time-saving sales tool, applicable to the Industrial Market and available for Robotic & Manual guns only. Clients simply register with a user name and password. According to the welding parameters, the client chooses a compatible gun body and the arms, compatible to the application within the gun and welding parameters. For the manual gun,  the client selects the equipment and accessories, for example spring balancer, harness, number and position of handles.

DocOnline is a popular service is offered by ARO to ensure that all documentation relating to a client's particular contract is electronically stored in ARO's technical data centre.    For a small fee, clients can electronically access at any time with their unique password and user name information unique to their login name only.
